The Hot Chocolate 15k & 5k is the largest event of the year and we are working to provide the best overall experience for all of our staff and attendees!  This is our 4th year sponsoring this event as the Official Wellness Provider! Expo

The Expo is at Union Station on November 3rd and 4th.  It includes packet pickup, and an array of vendors and products. IBJI is present volunteering injury and running advice so make sure to stop by to see us!
