Our Lincoln Park/Lakeview facility is located near the intersection of Broadway, Diversey and Clark Streets. We are conveniently located near public transportation and offer both early morning and evening appointments to fit into your busy day.

We provide a wide range of physical therapy and occupational therapy services. Our therapists are experienced in both the surgical and nonsurgical treatment of hips, pelvis, knees, ankles, feet, spines, shoulders, elbows and hands. We can help you get back to your pre-injury level of activity. We also perform work conditioning for the injured worker to return them back to work safely after an injury. Custom foot orthotics, splinting, gait analysis, ergonomic assessments are also available. Pilates classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings for both patients and non patients. Our mat pilates class is taught by a certified pilates instructor who is also a one of our physical therapists.
