Our Buffalo Grove facility opened in October of 2009 and currently provide Physical and Occupational Therapy services as well as Orthotic Fabrication.

Our rehabilitation services staff is committed to the individualized care of every patient offering specialized therapy options as well as multiple extended services that allow us to focus on the well-being of our patients.
