Aquatic Therapy
Illinois Bone and Joint Institute at Morton Grove is proud to offer one-on-one skilled aquatic therapy sessions with our licensed therapy staff.
You do not need to be a skilled swimmer to exercise in our pool! Our 720 square foot warm water pool is kept at 88 to 90 degrees. It includes a ramp entry and water depths of 2.5 to 6.5 feet.
Illinois Bone and Joint Institute also offers a variety of aquatic exercise classes focused on helping enhance your cardiovascular conditioning and improve your overall strength and flexibility. There are classes for all skill levels and modifications to exercises will be provided as necessary. For more information, see our aquatic classes page.
