Philosophy

We strive to provide Occupational Therapy in a Collaborative Care Model. This means that we utilize the access we have to our Physicians across the IBJI network to optimize all aspects of care related to your condition.

Working in close proximity to your referring Physician allows the Therapist timely access if needed during the course of Therapy – a distinct advantage in modern medicine.

What to Expect

Your Initial Evaluation will last approximately 1 hour and the length and frequency of follow up visits will be decided upon once your Therapist has fully examined you.

An evaluation will be shared with your Physician for approval of the treatment plan and any additional findings will be shared at that time.

During the course of treatment, you may be treated by more than one clinician. This decision is driven by scheduling needs for your convenience and specialization of Therapists to promote the highest level of care.

Will My Insurance Cover Treatment?

As a courtesy to you, we will verify and confirm your benefits as it relates to Therapeutic services. Your insurance plan is essentially a “contract” between yourself and the Plan that you chose to enroll in.

IBJI Rehabilitation is contractually bound to what your insurance company deems appropriate reimbursement for services rendered.

Co-Pays, Co-Insurance and Deductable components of your plan will be presented to you for your records within the 1st two visits.

For any billing questions during or after provision of your care, we will also provide concise information to you as to how those questions may be resolved.
