Terms of Application
I hereby affirm that my answers to the foregoing questions are true and correct, and that I have not knowingly withheld any fact or circumstance. I understand that any misrepresentation or material omission made by me on this application will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application or, if I am employed, immediate discharge from the employment relationship, whenever it is discovered.
I will comply with all Company policies, rules and regulations, as they may exist from time to time governing my employment. I agree that, if I am employed by IBJI, my employment will be on an at-will basis (meaning that, to the extent permitted by law, my employment may be terminated by me or by IBJI at any time, with or without prior notice, with or without cause, and for any reason). I understand that no Company representative, other than its president, and then only when in writing and signed by the president, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
I give the Company the right to contact and obtain information from all previous employers (not my current employer) and educational institutions and to otherwise verify the accuracy of the information contained in this application. I hereby release from liability the Company and its representatives for seeking, gathering and using such information and also release all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information. I further authorize the Company to show any such persons a copy of this application to verify the information in this application and my promise to release them herein.
I understand that the Company does not unlawfully discriminate in employment and no question on this application is used for the purpose of limiting or excusing any applicant from consideration for employment on a basis prohibited by local, state or federal law. I understand that IBJI will not refuse to hire a qualified individual with a disability because that person needs a reasonable accommodation as required by the ADA. I also understand that if I am hired, I will be required to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization.
